Customers should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the goods have been received in a damaged condition, or are not supplied as ordered. The goods shall be deemed to be accepted by the customer if notification is not received within the 48 hour period.

Once notified, goods must be returned in a clean, unused condition, in their original box/ packaging and fit for resale. Gaskets must be unopened. Please include a note including name, address, date of purchase and reason for return.

Parts ordered incorrectly or are no longer required are returned at the customers expense and may be subject to a 20% handling charge. A refund or exchange will be issued once the goods have been returned for inspection. Postage/shipping charges will not be refunded.
